Goda Grunder gives a vocabulary of about 5000 of the words most frequently used in Swedish.
The texts are relatively long yet fairly simple. Words and constructions are often repeated for revision.
The textbook contains 20 chapters of dialogues and narrative texts from everyday life.
The chapters deal with one or more themes concerning different aspects of
society.
The exercise book comprises exercises for the textbook, revision and pronunciation.
The teacher's file has three parts: teacher's guide, material for copying and a set of visual aids.
The four audio cassettes include recordings of the texts from the textbook, pronunciation exercises from the exercise book and listening- comprehension texts.
Handy, pocket-sized vocabularies are available in 18 languages.
